Dr. Who Windows Theme (09-16-98)
UPDATED VERSION
created for a screen size of 800x600 High Color
Logos created with XrX Logo Utility

Thank you, first of all, for taking the time to look at this set of cursors
and sounds that I have created for one of my favorite Television series
of all time, Dr. Who. All of the items in this theme were created by me
except for the two wallpaper files and the screen saver:
 The interior.jpg was created by an amazing computer artist by the name of
 Mateen Greenway. Please visit his web site at
	http://mateengreenway.simplenet.com
 The roundel.jpg I don't know who created, but has been used freely in many
 different web pages that I have found.

 The screen saver was created for freeware by John Thomson, as the actual
 screen saver shows. Time and Dr. Who fit well enough I thought it'd work.

Now for the instructions on how to use this theme.
--If you're using WinZip you should simply unzip the files onto your hard
  drive in the C drive of your computer. It should extract all of the files
  into their proper directories and will extract into a folder called Who98.
  If you don't have a Windows theme program you can still use these cursors,
  but you will have to install each one of them individually.
--To change the Starting Windows, Shutting Down Windows, and Safe to Turn
  off the machine logos, first make backups of these files:
	c:\logo.sys            --> rename it logo.old
	c:\windows\logos.sys   --> rename it logos.old
	c:\windows\logow.sys   --> rename it logow.old
  Now take the files drwlogo.sys, drwlogos.sys, and drwlogow.sys and rename
  them to replace the ones you just backed up. It's simply a matter of
  deleting the 'drw' in front of each file and placing them in the proper
  folders.

Everything else should now be set up. This file includes two themes, one
with the roundel and one with the interior wallpaper, and includes some
extra cursors and icons that I created as well. Hope you enjoy them.
